Lana Del Rey’s Coachella performance was enriched by several guest appearances, including Jack Antonoff and Jon Batiste, who are headlining their own sets later in the weekend. The unexpected highlight, however, was Billie Eilish, who joined Del Rey for a surprise duet session.

On a terrace overlooking the grand stage, the duo captivated the audience with renditions of Eilish’s “Ocean Eyes” followed by Del Rey’s iconic “Video Games,” marking pivotal moments in their careers. Batiste had his shining moment on stage with Del Rey, performing their collaborative track “Candy Necklace” from her 2023 album, “Did You Know That There’s a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd.”

The song, nominated for a Grammy, showcased their musical synergy as they spontaneously traded vocal lines.

Antonoff, Del Rey’s co-producer, and co-writer, later joined her for a heartfelt rendition of “Hope Is a Dangerous Thing for a Woman Like Me — but I Have It,” adding another layer of depth to her set.
